What signs do you make in Melton?
We make six groups of signs. Building signs go on the shop: the fascia (the board above the shop front), the walls and the windows. Vehicle signs go on cars, utes and vans. Footpath signs are A-frames (folding signs that stand on the footpath). Real estate signs are corflutes (signs printed on fluted plastic board) on spikes and frames. Site signs go on fences and workplaces. Banners and flags cover events, counters and the roadside. Most of our signs are full colour vinyl prints with UV lamination (a clear coat that protects the print from sun and rain). Panels are 3 mm Alucobond (an aluminium composite board) or 5 mm corflute. Shop signs are quoted on measurement, because the size of the fascia and the material set the price. For the shop front we make panel signs in 3 mm Alucobond, with a full colour UV laminated vinyl print. They suit fascia signs, wall signs and mesh fences, and the product page lists the sizes. We also make illuminated signage: slim light boxes from A3 to A0, custom light boxes, hanging sign boxes and router cut projected letters (3D letters cut by machine that stand off the wall). Car signs and car magnets
Car signs turn a work vehicle into a moving advert. We make two kinds. Car magnets are a UV laminated vinyl print on a full magnet backing, so you can take them off on the weekend. They come in A4, A3 and larger sizes, sold in pairs and bigger sets. Fixed vehicle graphics are cut or printed vinyl decals, applied to flat or mildly curved panels. We print and cut them on our large format printer cutter, weed out the waste vinyl and add premask tape so the letters go on in one piece. A-frames for the footpath
An A-frame tells people walking past that you are open. We make four kinds, all printed on both sides. The steel A-frame has a powder coated frame with a white Colorbond face, riveted and taped with 3M double sided tape. It is strong enough for outdoor use and weatherproof. Enduro metal A-frames and Enduro plastic A-frames are the portable real estate style, shipped within 3 working days after payment. The Insert-A-Corflute frame takes a corflute panel that slides in and out, so you can change the message without buying a new frame. Real estate companies are among the businesses we print for, and these signs are made for them. Corflutes with spikes are 5 mm corflute panels with UV laminated graphics on both sides and a black painted spike. They are easy to carry and easy to wipe clean. The pointer corflute uses a steel spike frame in white or black, so you slide a new panel in for each listing. Sign board flags are hanging banners for auctions, open homes and display units. Fence, site, safety and parking signs
Tradies and builders use these signs on the job. Fence signs are UV laminated prints on 3 mm Alucobond, made for mesh and wooden fences on a job site. Mesh banners have small holes so wind passes through, which is why building sites and sports grounds use them. Safety signage is made on 5 mm corflute, in standard designs or as a custom sign. Reserved parking signs are Alucobond panels reading "Reserved Parking" with your company name, made for shopping centre tenants and body corporate sites. A site sign has to survive weather and knocks, so these signs are UV laminated and built for outdoor use. Banners are the quickest way to be seen at an event or on a fence. Our vinyl banners are outdoor vinyl banner material, made to the length you need, with eyelets or welded edges. They last 3 to 4 years outdoors, and turnaround is 2 to 4 working days. Pull up banners are printed on smooth PET film, with a silver base and a carry case. You choose the classic or the luxury base.
