Spiral Binding Process
Spiral Binding is also known as coil binding. Spiral binding is best when you are planning to combine your loose sheets to a book. We use 6 mm pitch plastic spirals for binding which gives a neat finish. This is done in a simple three-step process, first step is to punch the paper using a punchhole machine which creates round hole. Second step is to insert the desired plastic coil. Third and last step is to cut off the excess coil and crimp the end. Crimping is an important step so as to prevent the coil getting loose from the document. We have black and white spirals, and many different colours are available. We can bind from 20 sheets to 150 sheets of 80 gsm paper to a single document.
