Creasing Process

Creasing and scoring are almost the same and serve the same purpose but used with different paper, coating and thickness. They both use different methods but weekens the paper at the desired fold line thus making it easy to fold without damaging the paper and print. We provide paper creasing services from 170 gsm to 350 gsm stocks. We can do a maximum of 20 creases per sheet using our Duplo DC 616 slitter, cutter creaser. If you’re using paper at 170 gsm or above for products such as folded business cards, thick card flyers, greeting cards, brochure covers, it is recommended that you crease the paper at the desired fold line.
